Kakuloo is Joining

Hi there! My name is Amy, and I've been playing Minecraft since December '11 or thereabouts. I found this challenge, and thought it'd be very cool to do. Then I found this server, and I am quite excited to become a tree spirit! =P
Here is my cute little dryad...
1} What is your in-game name? Kakuloo
2} Do you promise to follow the Server Rules? I promise!
3} Have you read through The Tree Spirit Challenge? I sure have!
4} Have you ever been banned from another server? And if so, Why? Nope. I'm kind of a goodie two shoes. ^_^;;
