Server Updated: FTB Magic Farm 2 v2.1.6 Empty Server Updated: FTB Magic Farm 2 v2.1.6

I've updated the server to the 2.1.6 version of FTB Magic Farm 2. You have to choose the 2.1.6 version from a dropdown in the launcher to play it. If you leave it set for "Recommended" then it may start up a different version and you won't be able to connect to this server.

I'll say now: No, you can't start your tree with a giant sacred springs oak or giant redwood; and bamboo is not a tree. Stick with real trees that have a 2x2 trunk or smaller.

There are a couple of mods disabled by reasonable request. You'll need to disable them in your pack as well.
Using the [Edit Modpack] button in the launcher, you'll need to disable the mods listed as disabled in the changelog.

Server Changelog:

It'll also be necessary to replace your microblocks.cfg with the one in this zipped folder or paste the following over the contents of your microblocks.cfg:
microblocks.cfg:

I'd also recommend enabling Journeymap, at least to start with, so that your client will map the server when you are looking around for your tree. You can see your map (while you have minecraft running) by opening an internet browser and typing "http://localhost:8080" or by just clicking on that address here or by pressing j in-game. Wink
It may be too intense for weaker computers, though.

I'll probably make a few config changes as we go. I'll post them here when they happen so you'll know what I'm doing.

Here's a sample of what the map looks like through Journeymap. I've added a couple of points of interest using MS Paint. Wink

Linky link

Photobucket has reduced the resolution quite a bit, so it's kind of hard to read. For reference, the text I put on there is 18pt.

The server config file has been updated.

You won't be able to log in until you make changes to the Microblocks config file.
(At least I couldn't)
I worked out the changes required, and here is the file you need:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/jaiafmjrh8nxd6j/microblocks.zip

About the file:
1. Make sure you unzip it before using, it goes into the config folder of your magic farm 2 folder.
It should replace the one already inside.

2. It was made, altered and uploaded from a mac. There is no virus.

Or if you know how to, add the following to the microblocks.cfg:
Code:
3272:0-3
3271:0-1
3262:0-12
3261:0-2

Oops. Sorry about that. I didn't expect that to have to be done on clients, too. I'll go ahead and do the rest of the logs/planks/leaves and get a fully done config file uploaded tonight so we don't have to keep doing this every time someone picks a new tree type.

All right, here's a paste-up of the whole config now.
Spoiler:
I'll put a download for the config file in the OP.
