Life Update

Post by Blazinfox555 on Wed Aug 05, 2015 4:30 pm

Hey guys, thought I'd give you a heads up as to why I've been absent for so long and why I may continue to be absent for a while still.

So my new job takes up about 10.5 hrs leaving my house to getting back home with regular traffic. If anything happens it'll take more than those 10.5 hrs.

My sister has moved out and is now living with her husband, leaving me with twice as many responsibilities around the house. This also takes up quite a bit of time. And now I'm on my feet all day compared to my previous job and so I'm also more tired than I used to be when I get home.

I've also decided to dedicate a lot of time to art these past couple of months (which can soak up a couple hours for each piece). Here's some of the stuff I've been working on recently.

Lights in the Safe Room
Pink Petals

Excuses, excuses, excuses...

Very Happy j/k

Glad to see your still around and not in the middle of anything serious.
When someone vanishes on the net you never know if it's Car accident, Cancer etc..

Sounds like your schedule is really full, glad you have time for your Art though.
It's cool that you continue to pursue that. Smile lasts longer than what you would have built in Minecraft.

I'm currently taking a break from MC myself. Nothing big, there is just tedious work on the server to do and I'm avoiding it for now. Been playing a couple other multiplayer games a bit as well as learning new software. (I seem to have stolen Xkea away in the process. We found a free Block building adventure mmo)

I need to learn Blender and Anime Studio for some projects given to me by Family & Work.

So please keep us in the loop, especially if you make anything you'd like to share.
If I manage to make an interesting test render/animation I'll share it too (IF anyone is interested)
However Blender seems to have quite the learning curve so far...

Anyway it's good to hear from you!
