What are you rfavorite plugins/mods?

TBH, I'm going to use this information to try and find good plugins/mods for us to use on TreeCrafters, but I thought it would be a fun way to kick-off this forum as well. What are your favorite Plugins and Mods for Minecraft? Maybe we'll add them to the server.

And... the Koi mod. I usually play with yogbox + optifine + koi mod.

Do you think we could find someone to make a plugin, that forces people to obey the rules of the challenge (Makes them stay on the roots, Only use their tree's sapling..etc)?
